Arbitrary command execution via unescaped npm options

OS command injection in Balderdash enpeem 2.2.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through crafted npm options. The doNpmCommand function concatenates option values such as production into a shell command passed to child_process.exec without escaping. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled properties; injected commands run with that application's privileges.
