Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized pin number

OS command injection in Xavier Seignard rpi 0.0.3 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted GPIO pin number. The GPIO constructor joins pinNumber directly into a shell command passed to child_process.exec without validation, quoting, or escaping. Exploitation requires consuming code to pass attacker-controlled data as pinNumber, and injected commands run with the host process's privileges.
