Command execution via shell-interpolated remote URL

OS command injection in Kelly Selden git-diff-apply before 0.22.2 allows attackers to execute commands through a crafted remote URL. The diff function interpolates remoteUrl into a shell command passed to utils.run for git clone rather than supplying it as a separate process argument. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled remoteUrl input, after which commands run with that application's privileges.
