Remote stack corruption via unchecked RTCP copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted RTCP messages. The RTCP handling code copies messages into an output buffer without checking the destination capacity, allowing the copy to overwrite stack memory. Network reachability to the RTCP processing path is required, and exploitation corrupts the affected component's stack.
