Memory disclosure and service interruption via unchecked lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets allow remote attackers to read memory or interrupt service via cellular messages. The Multi Mode Call Processor fails to validate lengths while decoding CS-domain Identity Request and Authentication Reject messages, PRAU Accept messages, and logged downlink messages. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported impact is limited to memory disclosure and service interruption.
