Memory disclosure and crash via faulty length checks

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Multi-Mode Call Processor chipsets allows remote attackers to read memory or crash devices. The modem decoder performs improper length checks while parsing Service Reject, RAU Reject, and PTMSI Reallocation commands received from the network. Exposure requires a listed chipset to process a malformed cellular-network command; no authentication or user interaction is required, and impact is limited to memory disclosure and service interruption.
