Memory corruption via unchecked roaming frame copy

Buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted roaming beacon or probe-response frames. The frame parser copies attacker-controlled beacon or probe-response data without checking that the input fits the destination buffer. Exploitation requires a roaming device within range of an attacker-controlled transmitter; Qualcomm does not disclose whether corruption causes a crash or code execution.
