Browser script execution via unescaped URL parameter

Reflected XSS in Dogtag PKI pki-core 10.x allows remote attackers to run scripts in a user's browser through a crafted link. The pki-ca GetCookie servlet places the unescaped url GET parameter into result.header.url, which a template writes into a form action. Exploitation requires a user with an authenticated PKI session to open the link; the script runs in the PKI origin and can access session data.
