Reflected XSS via unsanitized recoveryID search field

Reflected XSS in Dogtag PKI 10.x.x allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in an authenticated KRA agent's browser. The KRA authorize-recovery page writes the recoveryID search-field value into its response without sanitizing it for HTML output. Exploitation requires an authenticated KRA agent to follow a crafted link, allowing attacker-controlled script to act in that agent's browser context.
