Cluster traffic interception via missing SAN verification

Improper certificate validation in Apache Geode 1.9.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read or alter intra-cluster traffic. During the TLS handshake, the endpoint-identification path fails to compare the peer hostname with DNS or IP entries in the certificate SAN. Exploitation requires TLS, ssl-endpoint-identification-enabled=true, and a network position from which cluster communications can be intercepted.
