Unauthorized actions via cookies lacking SameSite

Cross-site request forgery in Apache OFBiz 17.12.01 allows remote attackers to submit requests through a user's active session. LoginWorker regenerates JSESSIONID, while response security-header handling fails to add SameSite=Strict to that cookie and other application cookies. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to visit attacker-controlled content and performs OFBiz actions with that user's privileges.
