Bluetooth memory disclosure via missing length checks

Out-of-bounds read in Android 7 through 9 allows physically proximate attackers to disclose memory over Bluetooth. The l2cble_process_sig_cmd function in stack/l2cap/l2c_ble.cc processes signaling-command fields without first confirming that the packet contains the required bytes. A nearby attacker needs no privileges or user interaction, and the reported consequence is disclosure only, not data modification or service interruption.
