Remote memory disclosure via unchecked L2CAP length

Out-of-bounds read in Android 7.0 through 9 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through crafted Bluetooth L2CAP traffic. The l2cu_send_peer_config_rej path reads L2CAP response data without first confirming that the command buffer contains the required fields. Bluetooth reachability is required, but exploitation needs no execution privileges or user interaction and is limited to information disclosure.
