Local information disclosure via short GATT error response

Out-of-bounds read in Android 6 through 8.1 allows local users to disclose memory through a malformed Bluetooth GATT error response. gatt_process_error_rsp in gatt_cl.cc decodes an opcode, handle, and reason from the response without first verifying that its payload contains four bytes. Exploitation requires a local Bluetooth path but no user interaction or additional execution privileges, and the bounded consequence is memory disclosure.
