Information disclosure via under-tested RSA key factors

Insufficient entropy in Android 7, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 8, and 8.1 allows attackers to recover information protected by weak RSA keys. RSAKeyPairGenerator.getNumberOfIterations uses the full key length instead of each candidate factor's length, selecting too few primality tests for p and q. Exposure is limited to applications that invoke the nonpublic RSAKeyPairGenerator directly; the public java.security.KeyPairGenerator path is unaffected.
