Cross-process heap disclosure via unmasked parcel padding

Information disclosure in Android 6.0 through 8.1 allows local users to read cross-process heap data through Binder parcels. Parcel.cpp pre-pads a payload before calling writeInplace, preventing that function from masking the padding bytes and copying residual heap data into the parcel. A locally installed process needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction; the documented consequence is data disclosure only.
