Local information disclosure via uninitialized metadata padding

Information disclosure in Android 6.0 through 8.1 allows local users to read uninitialized camera metadata through Binder IPC. BnCameraService::onTransact returns camera metadata whose padding field is not initialized before the parcel crosses the Binder boundary. A local application needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction, and exposure is limited to process-memory remnants in the returned metadata padding.
