Local privilege escalation via RIL integer overflow

An out-of-bounds write in Google Android Kernel before the 2018-06-05 patch level allows local users to elevate privileges through a RIL callback. The oemCallback function in ril.cpp calculates callback data bounds with overflowing integer arithmetic, causing a write beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires code executing with System privileges and no user interaction; successful exploitation corrupts adjacent memory and elevates local privilege.
