Out-of-bounds write in Google Android's MediaTek CCCI kernel component allows local users with System privileges to escalate privileges. The rpc_msg_handler function and related handlers in drivers/misc/mediatek/eccci/port_rpc.c apply an incorrect bounds check to RPC messages, allowing writes beyond the intended buffer.
