Local privilege escalation via unchecked procfs write

Out-of-bounds write in Google Android's MediaTek WLAN kernel driver allows local users to escalate privileges without user interaction. The procfile_write handler in drivers/misc/mediatek/connectivity/wlan/gen2/os/linux/gl_proc.c accepts procfs input without a bounds check and writes beyond its destination buffer. Exploitation requires local code execution with System privileges; successful kernel-memory corruption elevates control beyond that context.
