Local privilege escalation via permission-group reassignment

Incorrect authorization in Google Android 6, 6.0.1, 7, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 8, and 8.1 allows local users to escalate privileges. During app updates, installPackageLI retains a granted dangerous permission after its declared group changes, allowing the new group's permissions to be auto-granted. User-level execution and a crafted app update are required; no user interaction is needed, and the result is elevated local privileges.
