Denial of service via decoder integer overflow

Integer overflow in libhevc in Android 7, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 8, and 8.1 allows remote attackers to exhaust resources. ihevcd_allocate_dynamic_bufs derives dynamic-buffer allocations from SPS buffering and reorder values that the linked fixes reject when invalid or negative. Exploitation requires a user to process crafted HEVC media and interrupts media service availability without granting code execution or data access.
