Local privilege escalation via descrambler lifetime race

Use-after-free in Android 8.1 Media framework allows local users to gain elevated privileges through the CAS descrambler. DescramblerImpl and CasImpl kept plugin holders as raw pointers while concurrent accesses lacked atomic lifetime protection, allowing one thread to free an object still in use. A low-privileged local application can trigger the race without user interaction and execute with elevated privileges.
