Unauthenticated reboot via unchecked EtherIP packet length

Denial of service in MikroTik RouterOS with EoIPv6 support allows remote attackers to reboot routers via a one-byte IPv6 protocol 97 packet. RouterOS parses the modified EtherIP header to recover a tunnel ID without first verifying that the payload contains the required bits. The faulty path is reachable when IPv6 is enabled, protocol 97 input is unfiltered, and any tunnel interface exists, even if disabled.
