Information disclosure in Rakuten Viber Messenger Android 9.3.0.6 allows local users to read deleted Secret Chats photos via shared storage. Secret Chats deletion removes chat records but fails to remove photos captured and shared in the conversation, leaving files accessible to every installed Android application. Exploitation requires a local Android environment containing a Secret Chat and deletion event; the consequence is disclosure of those residual photos without evidence of modification or service interruption.
