Database disclosure via injectable search query

SQL injection in AiOPMSD Final 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries through the q parameter in search.php. The endpoint incorporates the untrusted q value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, so a crafted GET request alters the query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation exposes database contents such as usernames and server metadata.
