Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in SIM-PKH 2.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the fupload parameter. The aksi_pengurus.php handler accepts fupload content during a pengurus update without rejecting PHP files, stores it under the web-accessible foto directory, and permits the web server to execute it. An authenticated application session is required, after which uploaded scripts run with the web server's privileges and can compromise the host.
