Unauthenticated file disclosure via traversal sequences

Path traversal in Open ISES Project Tickets CAD 3.30A allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via ajax/download.php. The endpoint interprets attacker-controlled ../ segments in filename as filesystem traversal instead of restricting access to its intended directory. Network reachability is sufficient without authentication, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the web server process.
