Administrator creation via tokenless add-user request
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
CSRF in PHP-SHOP 1.0 allows remote attackers to create administrative users through a forged request to admin/users.php. The add-user handler accepts account details and admin permissions from POST data without validating an anti-CSRF token. An authenticated administrator must visit attacker-controlled HTML, which submits the request under the active session and creates an unauthorized privileged account.
