Unauthenticated record deletion via unchecked identifiers

Missing authorization in Sitejo HaPe PKH 1.1 allows remote attackers to delete administrator and update records through crafted requests. Two deletion handlers accept a caller-supplied record identifier and execute the delete operation without checking authentication or privileges. Network access to either PHP endpoint is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized removal of application records.
