Database read and modification via email SQL injection
Published May 25, 2026 · Updated May 25, 2026
Unauthenticated SQL injection in MedDream PACS Server Premium 6.7.1.1 allows remote attackers to read and modify MySQL data. The userSignup.php handler incorporates the email parameter into a backend query without neutralizing SQL syntax; the proof also identifies username as injectable. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence includes database enumeration and retrieval of backend records.
