Application crash via oversized geometry name

Buffer overflow in OpenVSP 3.16.1 allows local users to crash the application by entering an oversized geometry name in the Geom browser. The pod addition interface accepts a 5,000-byte string in the geometry name field without enforcing the destination buffer size. The attack requires local GUI access and interrupts only the affected OpenVSP process, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
