Published May 17, 2026 · Updated May 17, 2026
CSRF in jCart for OpenCart 2.3.0.2 allows attackers to modify a victim's account through forged requests from an attacker-controlled page. The /jcart/account/edit.html, /jcart/account/password.html, and /jcart/account/affiliate/edit.html endpoints accept cross-origin POST requests without CSRF verification. A victim must visit attacker-controlled HTML while authenticated; the requests can alter profile data, passwords, and affiliate payment details.
