CVE-2018-25312Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via upload path traversal

Published Apr 29, 2026 · Updated Apr 29, 2026

Path traversal in Lifesize UVC ClearSea 3.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary server files. The smartgui DownloadAll action accepts traversal sequences in rowIDs, while DHP_PKG_UPLOAD_FORM uses a traversal-bearing upload path without enforcing a directory boundary. Control Panel administrator access is required; uploaded content can be placed at arbitrary Windows paths and used for remote code execution.
