Application crash via oversized Plugin Directory value

Buffer overflow in Project64 2.3.2 allows local users to crash the application through an oversized Plugin Directory value. The settings path accepts a 6000-byte string in Options > Settings > Directories and processes it without enforcing the destination buffer's size. Local GUI access is required, and reopening Settings triggers the crash without reported code execution or data exposure.
