Application crash via oversized registration name

Buffer overflow in the registration dialog in EZB Systems SoftDisc 3.0.3 allows local users to crash the application. The dialog copies a 6,000-byte Registration Name without checking the string against the destination buffer's capacity. The attacker must access the Windows GUI, open the Enter Registration Code dialog from the Help menu, paste the payload, enter a code, and select OK; only an application crash was demonstrated.
