Local code execution via FreeDB Server overflow

Buffer overflow in MAGIX Music Editor 3.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through the FreeDB Proxy Options Server field. The dialog accepts a crafted string longer than 420 bytes without enforcing the destination bound, overwriting the structured exception handler and redirecting execution to payload code. Exploitation requires local access to populate and accept the dialog, and the payload runs with the Music Editor process privileges on 32-bit Windows.
