Local code execution via port-field overflow

Buffer overflow in goebish SNES9k 0.0.9z allows local users to execute arbitrary code through the Netplay Socket Port Number field. The field accepts an overlong pasted value without enforcing its destination buffer bounds, overwriting the SEH record and redirecting execution through a POP-POP-RET sequence. Exploitation requires local access to the Windows application and entry of the crafted value through Netplay Options; successful execution runs code in the application user's context.
