Denial of service in Wikipedia 12.0 for Windows allows remote attackers to crash the application through oversized search input. The published proof of concept generates 1,000 repeated A characters; pasting the buffer into the app's upper-right search bar causes termination. No account is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to interrupting the affected Windows application.
