CVE-2018-25245Public exploit

Client crash via oversized search input

Published Apr 4, 2026 · Updated Apr 4, 2026

Denial of service in 7 Tik 1.0.1.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the Windows client via oversized search input. The search page processes a 7,700-character string without enforcing a length bound, terminating the application. Exploitation requires the string to be pasted into the search bar and the search action invoked; the demonstrated consequence is a client crash.
