Out-of-bounds write in Boxoft WAV to WMA Converter 1.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted WAV file. The public exploit places 4,132 bytes before attacker-controlled next-SEH and SEH values, followed by shellcode reached through a pop-pop-return sequence. Exploitation requires the converter to process the file; resulting code runs with the application process privileges on Windows.
