Code execution via oversized license name

Buffer overflow in Allok Video Splitter 3.1.1217 allows local users to crash the application or execute arbitrary code. The registration handler accepts a License Name string exceeding 780 bytes and overflows memory when the Register button is clicked. The attacker must paste or induce a user to paste the payload and activate registration, producing a crash or arbitrary code execution.
