Unauthenticated database read and modification via signIn injection

SQL injection in Wecodex SAT CFDI 3.3 allows remote attackers to read and modify database data through the signIn endpoint. The endpoint places the POST id parameter into a MySQL query without sufficient neutralization, enabling boolean-blind, stacked-query, and time-delay payloads.
