Service crash via unbounded socket connections

Denial of service in Cesanta Mongoose Web Server 6.9 allows remote attackers to crash the service through repeated socket connections. The server retains enough connections carrying malformed, incomplete data to exhaust available resources; the public proof of concept holds each socket open after sending BOOM. No authentication or user interaction is required, and sustained access to the listening port can interrupt service without reported data exposure or modification.
