Published Dec 24, 2025 · Updated Dec 24, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Ecessa WANworX WVR-30 before 10.7.4 allows remote attackers to create a superuser account. The util_configlogin_act CGI handler accepts a user-configuration POST from an administrator's browser without validating request origin or intent. An authenticated administrator must load attacker-controlled content; success adds a superuser account with attacker-chosen credentials.
