Superuser account creation via forged configuration request

Cross-site request forgery in Ecessa ShieldLink SL175EHQ 10.7.4 allows remote attackers to create a superuser account. The /cgi-bin/pl_web.cgi/util_configlogin_act handler accepts attacker-chosen user fields in a cross-origin POST without validating the request's origin or authenticity. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load an attacker-controlled page, whose hidden form submits the account configuration with the superuser flag enabled.
