XXE injection in Novarad NovaPACS Diagnostic Viewer 8.5.19.75 allows attackers to read arbitrary Windows files through XML preference import. The preference importer resolves attacker-supplied DTD parameter entities, reads a file URI, and sends its contents to an attacker-controlled HTTP endpoint. Exploitation requires a user to import the crafted XML on the Windows workstation and permit the viewer's outbound HTTP requests.
