Unauthenticated device manipulation via WebSocket messages

Authentication bypass in FLIR Thermal Traffic Cameras allows remote attackers to alter device settings via crafted WebSocket messages. The /ws/xml2 administration endpoint upgrades an unauthenticated connection and accepts Get, Set, and Reboot message types without authorization. Network reachability to TCP port 13042 is sufficient to read product data, change running configuration, or reboot the device.
