Unauthenticated configuration disclosure via ExportConfig API
Published Dec 24, 2025 · Updated Dec 24, 2025
Missing authentication in the ExportConfig API of FLIR Brickstream 3D+ 2.1.742.1842 allows remote attackers to download configuration files. The getConfigExportFile.cgi endpoint and its REST alias return a configuration export without checking for an authenticated session. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the consequence is disclosure of the exported configuration; subsequent authentication bypass or privilege escalation depends on its contents.
