Unauthenticated root command execution via XML injection

OS command injection in TVT NVMS-9000 firmware before mid-February 2018 builds allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. The /editBlackAndWhiteList handler places attacker-controlled XML ip values into a shell context without neutralizing metacharacters. A fixed API credential makes the configuration endpoint reachable without prior access, granting complete root control of the appliance.
